Refund Policy

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may ship the candle back to us for an even exchange. All items must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Candles will not be exchanged in the event of them being burned more than halfway through. 

If you received a product damaged, please email us to speak with customer service representative to receive an exchange.

Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please email us at carolmariesfrag@gmail.com to speak with a customer service representative about the quality of the candle. A new shipping label and number will be given to exchange the product. Please mail the product to the address below:
